The "mobbing" phenomenon is a challenge for our Labor Law, as well as for the different individuals that are daily related to it. This essay investigates Costa Rican and neighboring nations’ legislations, initiating with general aspects, going through its regulations (including the Project 15211), finalizing with an analysis of the legal consequences and the psychological implications of the phenomenon as a work risk.
