Abstract:
The irruption of COVID-19 has caused a sudden change in the university, from a face-to-face environment to a virtual one, generating dysfunctions and doubts. This change is nothing more than the verification of the existing distance between a network society and a traditional university. To overcome this gap, it is necessary to be aware of the paradigmatic change that has occurred in communication, education, the way we organize ourselves, institutional structures and even labor relations, among other fields. It is necessary to be aware of the need to change, despite the obstacles.
