2 month old male who was brought to the emergency department with a history of non productive cold, was noticed with difficulty breathing. He was admitted with the possible diagnosis of bronquioloitis. The poor evolution of the patient, and the presence of cardiomegaly, made the physicians look for a cardiopathy, and a diagnosis of anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery was made. He was stabilized and then was taken to the operating room and had his anomalous coronary artery reimplanted to his aorta
