<span name="style_bold">Abstract</span> <span name="style_bold">Primary tricuspid valve insufficiency: a case report and literature review</span> We present the case of a 64 year old female patient, with shortness of breath and edema of the lower extremities due to right heart failure secondary to primary tricuspid regurgitation (septal leaflet valve dysfunction). A tricuspid valve annuloplasty was performed with a DeVega technique, with successful clinical resolution.
