Revisión sobre la extracción de ADN a partir de huesos humanosAncient bones are a good source of DNA, useful on many forensic cases, specially when the soft tissues are putrefied to a high extent. There is many different methods to extract DNA from bones with various degrees of efficiency on the DNA amount obtained. We present a bibliographic review and some practical considerations.
