It is made a review of the legal groundwork of the evidence custody, wich is a responsability of all the public employees that work at the Penal Justice Administration. It is made emphasis in the importance of the proof, and the norm that regulates its handling mainly because this is the base of the sentence of guilty or not guilty. Proof must be easily ubicated in the diferent stages of the trial, therefore chain and custody of the evidence are undeniable.
