Open-access La autopsia psicológica en el homicidio

One of the most common difficulties in the study of homicides is that we no longer count on the victim’s we don’t know the victim’s side of the story, the victim’s feelings and situation during the crime. With the goal to study to he homicide victim, we design a model tha is called MAP-II (model of psicologic autopsy of homicide victims) and we use metodology for its application. The method is about a way of indirect exploration and retrospective with metodologic principles very similar to the applicated to the person that commits suicide but with especific qualities at this type of victims, for example the selection of sources of information is essencial to do it previous to the consult with the cops investigators to avoid the chance of dealing with persons included in the circle of suspects. Newman states the a study of the criminogenesis can’t be relevant and serious if it is not counted the part the victim played and in what way the victim has contributed, conciously inconciously to the act supporting this affimation we can say that the study made us on 1994   note than 40% of the homicide victims, did fiulfilled the requeriments of the so-called "Provocating victims", these people fall into the category of hard character, desafiants and easy provocators. Also in the legal field if it is demostrated that the corpse was a provocative victim active in the violence, it may mean in the hands of a clever defendant, for the victimary by establishing the dynamic previous to the crime and the fair motivations that gave place to the "homicidal act" is about homicides provocated unconciously by the own victim. With our model of psichologic autopsy we contribute to achieve approximation to the intern dynamic of the homicide, going from the analisis of the victims factor, many times forgotten, and we scientifically demostrate the often participation of the victims on its own assault.
