Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common endocrinologic and metabolic disfunction in reproductive- aged women. The diagnosis of this pathology is based on the presence of ovulatory dysfunction, hyperandrogenism and polycystic ovaries. Its ethiology is complex and with multiple factors, therefore its treatment is based on fixing the clinical manifestations of the syndrome and in the case of women who would like to conceive, in inducing ovulation.
