In this paper we share an experience of university and community teaching mediation, developed in the city of Cali and territories of black communities of the Colombian Pacific, where interculturality as a project and relational process involving structural transformations and assumed shared deep towards more just, equitable and inclusive societies; and in which the use of information technologies and communication ICT enabled the development of new educational practices.
